Whilst we are a predominantly online community we hold regular in person events for both pregnancy and post birth in different areas of Edinburgh.

Who Are EBB
MUMS RIBBON MOVEMENT
Inspiration struck for psychotherapist and author Anna Mathur when she found herself struggling but had nobody to talk to. Anna said: "I was juggling three kids down the high street, one was screaming and the other two lagging behind. I felt utterly depleted and was fighting back tears.
Now EBB are backing the national campaign from Anna Mathur of #themumribbonmovement which is all about Mums supporting each other.
Obviously it can be any ribbon but if you want to get your hands on a Edinburgh Birth & Baby Ribbon, they can be picked up from any of the team members classes, cafes such as Salt Cafe, and at our events, or drop us a line with your address and we’ll post you some out!

We are a supportive, Positive, Inclusive Community of parents led by a team of Independent Local Business Women with exceptional reputations in our areas of expertise.
We cover Edinburgh, Lothians and the Borders with services for primarily women antenatally, postnatally and throughout the early years of parenthood.
The thriving community encompasses all aspects of motherhood & support in areas from Hypno-birthing to First Aid, Photography to Sleep, Pelvic health & Mental Health but most of all we support you!
This is your community for advice to ask questions whether it be about birth, feeding, slings, emotional aspects of parenting, where your nearest class or the best feeding bra.
We work collaboratively to raise the profile of the help and support that is available to this community including local events , support, classes, services, information sources and more.
We also work with other local organisations such as Lothian Breastfeeding Buddies and Positive Birth Edinburgh.
